New Hampshire Fisher Cats @ Bowie Baysox (Loss 0-8)

The Fisher Cats were wishing that they had a day of rest this Sunday instead they got destroyed by the Bay Sox.  The Cats just could not catch a break as they were beat by solid all around play by the Bay Sox.  Pitching for the Cats was Scott Barnes who pitched decent for 5 innings.  He would end up giving up 3 earned runs (1 un-earned) while striking out 5 but battled through those 6 innings.  John Anderson came on and had a really rough inning as he surrendered 3 runs in the inning.  Luis Perez would come on in the 8th and give up a home run to Quincy Latimore which would be the icing on the cake for the Bay Sox.

On the other side of the ball the Cats just could not figure out the Bay Sox pitchers.  Nick Addition perplexed Cat hitters as he went on to pitch 6 innings and only allow 3 hits and struck out 5.  The last 3 innings the Bay Sox bullpen continued to shut down the Fisher Cats and only allowed 1 more hit the rest of the game.  The entire Bay Sox pitching staff did not allow a walk and only allowed the 4 hits.
