The 2026 regular season is just a mere two months away, and you can be sure the Toronto Blue Jays are as eager as any team to get back on the field to avenge their World Series loss from last year.
So, let's look ahead on the team's calendar and highlight which series and games will define the Blue Jays' 2026 season.
8 2026 Blue Jays games fans need to tune into
March 3: vs Team Canada
Spring training and exhibition games are hardly, if ever, appointment television, but this one is a rare exception. The Blue Jays will take on Team Canada of the WBC in their warm-up slate for the triennial tournament. Expect to see a number of MLB stars opposite Toronto, including Josh Naylor and Denzel Clarke.

March 27: vs Athletics
Not much to say here. This is both Opening Day and the home opener for the reigning AL pennant winners. Perhaps the only question is who among the Blue Jays' loaded rotation will get the nod to toe the rubber in Game 1 of 162.
April 6-8: vs Los Angeles Dodgers
The World Series rematch everyone has been waiting for. This series will be played in Toronto, and you can bet the Blue Jays will do everything in their power to squash the painful memories of Game 7. It's really early in the season, but there's a good chance this series is the best that the 2026 regular season slate has to offer.

May 18: @ New York Yankees
The beginning of a key four-game away series against the Yankees. As far as divisional hierarchies go in mid-May, this series will tell us a lot about where two of the AL East's predominant superpowers stand after six weeks of play.
June 29: vs New York Mets
Just a few weeks ago, this series wouldn't have registered as much more than a blip on the radar. Now that the Mets have stolen franchise star Bo Bichette on a massive contract? This is going to be war. Don't expect a serenading of boos upon Bichette's homecoming, but the Blue Jays will be particularly incentivized to win this game and series.
Aug 2: vs St. Louis Cardinals
This game won't have any huge impact on the standings, but it does mark the team's final contest before the trade deadline (moved to Aug. 3 this year). If things are going well, this could mark the final game before a franchise-altering trade is made. If things aren't going so hot... this could be one last chance to say goodbye to a fan favorite or two.
August 10: vs Boston Red Sox
Much like the mid-May series against the Yankees, this game will kick off a key four-game set against the Red Sox. However, there's no reprieve afterwards, as the Blue Jays will play 13 consecutive divisional games beginning on this date, including six against the Bronx Bombers.
September 25-27: vs Cincinnati Reds
The final series of the regular season. Hopefully, the Blue Jays will have already locked up a division title and the No. 1 seed in the American League once again before the Reds come to town, but this series likely will have huge playoff implications for the entire league.
October 31: vs ?
There's no game scheduled for this date... yet. This would be when Game 7 of the 2026 World Series gets played. You know, assuming the Blue Jays don't sweep whoever their Fall Classic opponent is.
