The Toronto Blue Jays have witnessed a great bounce back season in 2025 for superstar Bo Bichette. After enduring a disappointing, injury-plagued 2024 campaign that saw Bichette put up some of his worst numbers of his entire MLB career, he appears now to be officially back, regaining his prior dominant form in the process.
But recently, the 27-year-old shortstop has even gone beyond what was expected of him and has been hitting out of this world in the process. In doing so, Bichette has finally landed into the top 10 at No. 9 in the latest MLB Hitter Power Rankings, after having previously not been ranked for pretty much the entire 2025 season.

This Blue Jays player’s big week puts him into the top 10 in MLB Power Rankings
So how hot has Bichette been for the Jays and what has he accomplished that has contributed to his sudden rise back to fame? First of all, he is back to his prolific-hitting self once again, leading the entire majors in hits with 145 and counting entering Friday.
Secondly, Bichette has been on an absolute tear during the past few weeks, boasting a stellar .402 average, 1.076 OPS, along with 17 runs scored, 14 doubles, four home runs and a whopping 27 RBIs in his last 26 games. That’s more than an RBI per game pace.
Belting a 3-run shot in his last outing on Wednesday vs the Rockies, Bo Bichette heads into tonight's @BlueJays series opening game with the Dodgers having clubbed 109 home runs in his MLB career to date. Even more scary is the fact that he seems to be getting even better by the day as he is coming off his best seven-day stretch of the season with Toronto. During that time span, Bichette had compiled a spectacular .424/.457/.758/1.215 slash line, together with seven runs scored, three home runs and an unfathomable 13 RBIs as he constantly demolished the opposition at the plate.
Right now, Bichette find himself between home run leader Cal Raleigh of the Seattle Mariners at No. 8 and Jarren Duran at No. 10. But it won’t be long before he will see himself among the likes of Aaron Judge and company in the top five in the entire league if he keeps hitting at the torrid pace that he has somehow been sustaining for a while now.

The hot-hitting Bichette is also exactly what the Blue Jays need right now entering the stretch run as they look to lock down the American League East division title in the coming weeks.
