The Toronto Blue Jays have really turned their farm system around and it has turned into one of the more under the radar groups in baseball. While a handful of bats have emerged in the farm system, it is unmatched to what kind of pitching pipeline they have created.

In particular, Toronto's Double-A affiliate is absolutely loaded. Their starting rotation is ridiculous this season, following the promotion of Khal Stephen. They have four ranked prospects there, who are all dominating this year. A few are also looking like they could be ready for Triple-A and obviously success there could lead to Toronto itself. This organization lacks a plan for their pitching staff as most will be free agents following this season.

Blue Jays' Double-A affiliate has put together an incredbile starting rotation, shifting this farm system in a positive direction.

Headlining this rotation in New Hampshire is Trey Yesavage, the teams' first rounder from 2024. yesavage has put together an absolutely incredible first season of professional baseball, starting off in Low-A and already pushing for an opportunity in Triple-A. He has turned a lot of heads with his incredible push this year and appears to be a future ace with the Blue Jays.

Yesavage has struggled in Double-A, but in no way does that make him a 'bust' or a player that this organization should lose faith over. On the year, he has posted a 3.19 ERA with a 2.91 FIP and a 14.76 K/9. Walks have sprung as an issue since his promotion to New Hampshire, but once he overcomes that, he will likely find a groove and make his way up another level.

Behind him now is Stephen, who earned his promotion. He has not debuted in New Hampshire yet and his first start is highly anticipated. On the year, Stephen has generated a 1.75 ERA with a 2.42 FIP and a 9.96 K/9.

Kendrys Rojas just got off the injured list and returned to the team. MLB Pipelien has the southpaw as the eighth ranked prospect and on the year, he has pitched like one. His ERA sits at 1.63 with a 1.35 FIP and a 13.34 K/9. He is not talked about enough due to his injuries, yet he is still pitching like a stud prospect.

Finally is Juaron Watts-Brown, the 15th ranked prospect in the organization per MLB Pipeline. He leads this group in innings pitched in Double-A and he has still been very productive. On the year with both High-A and Double-A, his ERA is up to 3.40 with a 3.24 FIP and an 11.91 K/9.

This farm system is looking outstanding and the pitching just keeps coming and coming. In 2026, there could be many fun debuts to watch out for, specifically on this list.
