Simply put Bichette will be one of, if not the most important, Blue Jay this season.

If the 27-year-old can recapture his form after a disappointing 2024 season, the Blue Jays will once again have one of the most dangerous shortstops in all of baseball. FanGraphs projects Bichette at a hearty 116 wRC+, but we think there's a good chance that he surpasses that number.

Bichette is entering his walk year with a ton to prove, which should serve as extra motivation this season. We could very well see Bichette earn his third All-Star appearance this season while also playing his way into a big payday.
