So far, the right-hander has either been really solid or tough to watch with very few starts in the middle. In just under 110 innings this year, the 34-year-old is 8-5 with a 4.19 ERA, 4.81 FIP and 100 ERA+.

• Opposite Bassitt is going to be Arizona ace Zac Gallen, who is firmly in the running for an NL Cy Young Award this season. In 19 starts, the right-hander is 11-3 with a 3.04 ERA, 2.76 ERA and 140 ERA+. He started the All-Star Game for the National League and currently leads the league in wins, FIP and WHIP.
