The Toronto Blue Jays will take on the Kansas City Royals for the fourth and final time of this early-season series. After a rough start to the year in St. Louis, the Blue Jays are coming off of two straight wins against the Royals and are looking to secure a series victory.

Alek Manoah, Vladimir Guerrero Jr. and Matt Chapman combined to easily discard of Zack Greinke and the Royals on Wednesday night, winning the ballgame 3-0. Manoah had the perfect bounceback start after a disastrous Opening Day showing, while Vladdy hit his first home run and Chapman drove in two as well.

Kevin Gausman will take the mound for the Blue Jays. He is coming off of a very strong season debut in which he struck out seven batters and allowed three un-earned runs in six innings of work. He earned a loss along the way, but to no fault of his own (again).

On the other side of the mound, Jordan Lyles will start for the Royals. The 32-year-old has carved out a nice career for himself despite strictly playing for last-place teams and posting well below-average results himself. He is currently in his 13th season in in the big leagues and has a career ERA of 5.09.
