No. 6 - LHP Kendry Rojas

2023 stats: 20 G, 15 GS, 84 IP, 82 K (8.8 SO/9), 33 BB (3.5 BB/9)

Scouting Grades: Fastball - 50 | Slider - 55 | Changeup - 45 | Control - 50

A new entrant to Blue Jays' top prospect lists, Rojas is fresh off of his first full season in the minor leagues and looked impressive. At just 20-years old, he's still got quite a bit of developing to do (especially seeing as how he was an outfielder just a few years ago), but the 84-inning stint he had in 2023 for Single-A Dunedin was promising.

As of right now, it looks like Rojas has a career as a No. 3 or 4 starter in a big league rotation ahead of him. In a time where pitching prospects so frequently get shuffled to the bullpen as soon as they run into issues as a starter, this is some hefty praise from BA, who echoes that sentiment. In a farm system full of solid left-handed pitching, Rojas will be a nice piece for the future Jays alongside Brandon Barriera, Adam Macko and Ricky Tiedemann.
