With the first three rounds of the draft concluding on Monday, the Toronto Blue Jays made out like bandits, getting arguably the best offensive infield prospect in the draft, and added a toolsy outfielder who has 80-grade speed.
In rounds 4-10, they dipped their toes into the pitching prospects pool, coming out with several intriguing college arms, while adding some pop. Canadian born infielder Tim Piasentin was an absolute ball masher during his high school years and could be a dark horse draft choice when we look back on this years crop.
The Blue Jays rounded out the 2025 draft with a mix of high-upside arms and polished college bats in rounds 11-20 with a breakdown below.
Jared Spencer
Round: 11
Position: Pitcher
Age: 22
Throws: Left
School: University of Texas
The Blue Jays kicked off the back end of the 2025 Draft by selecting their 5th pitcher. This time, it's a 22-year-old lefty from the University of Texas. Spencer gets the job done by using a mid-90s fastball (but can touch 98), and a mid-80s sweeping slider and changeup. With the Longhorns this year, Spencer threw to a 3.27 ERA while striking out 11.9 per 9 innings over a 52-inning span.
Going against Forbes, Jared Spencer shined with a revamped arsenal.

12 whiffs on the night, up to 98 with his sinker, and held mid-90s throughout. SL in upper-80s was filthy with great bite and he turned over quality CHs in mid-80s with tons of run.
Very good senior follow. pic.twitter.com/izSZWp07nL
Blaine Bullard
Round: 12
Position: OF
Age: 18
Bats: Switch
Throws: Left
School: Klein Cain HS (Texas)
With the 352nd pick in the draft, the Jays selected outfielder Bullard, a switch-hitting high schooler from Houston. Bullard's bat-to-ball skills are impressive, as he's able to spray the ball to all fields. Scouts are also a fan of his speed, which translates to good routes in the outfield.
Blaine Bullard (25 TX) spraying it to all fields. Multiple sub 4.1 H2Fs; dynamic athlete w/ switch hit power. Can really roam in CF. Has tools; name to know this spring. #TAMU commit. #PGHS @PG_Draft @KCainBaseball pic.twitter.com/m62uRkswa4

Trace Baker
Round: 13
Position: Pitcher
Age: 21
Throws: Right
School: UNC Wilmington
Baker mostly worked out of the bullpen for UNC Wilmington. That being said, he earned First-Team All-CAA honours in 2024 after making five saves while posting a 2.24 ERA over 52.1 innings. He displays a three-pitch mix, featuring a fastball that tops out at 96. He complements it with a sweeper and changeup in the low-80s, although he mainly sticks to the fastball-sweeper combo.

Noah Palmese
Round: 14
Position: Pitcher

The Blue Jays added to their pitching in this year's draft with Palmese, who was deservedly named the 2025 NAIA baseball Reliever of the Year. He dominated with 13 saves while striking out 65 hitters in 45.1 innings, and he did so by featuring an electric four-pitch mix, consisting of a 92-94 fastball, 90-91 sinker, 80-84 slider, and a 85-86 splitter.

Over this span, the lefty-hitting outfielder slahed .356/.500/.736 while displaying his above-average arm strength.

Jaxson West
Round: 16
Position: C
Age: 21
Bats: Left
Throws: Right
School: Florida State University
The 21-year-old, who was one of two catchers selected in the late rounds this year, has a great eye at the plate. Although he posted just an.680 OPS in 46 games for Florida State this year, he worked a 16 percent walk and 8.5 percent strikeout rate. His arm strength is solid behind the dish, and he notably threw out two runners on the basepaths against Duke in the ACC Championship game.

Jordan Rich
Round: 17
Position: OF
Age: 18
Bats: Left
Throws: Left
School: American Heritage School (Fla.)
With the 502nd overall pick, the Jays selected the 18-year-old outfielder from Florida. Rich posted a 1.216 OPS and stole 38 bases at American Heritage. He can fly out there, as he ran a 7.05-second 60-yard dash. Overall, Rich slashed .393/.493/723.

Will Cresswell
Round: 18
Position: C
Age: 21
Bats: Right
Throws: Right
School: Washington State University
Cresswell, the second catcher selected by the Jays this year, had a massive season for the Washington State Cougars. He slashed .329/.404/.523 while hitting 13 doubles, five home runs and 43 RBI. He was also able to gun down an MWC-best 19 runners. Cresswell seems to be the catcher with the higher upside over Jaxson West.

Luke Kovach
Round: 19
Position: Pitcher
Age: 22
Throws: Left
School: Cal Poly
In the 19th round, the Blue Jays went for their last pitcher, a lefty from California Polytechnic State University. Kovach missed all of 2024 due to Tommy John surgery, but he returned in 2025 to throw just 8.2 innings. In his short stint, he fanned 17 batters and posted a 7.27 ERA in five outings.
Kovach is relieved after 2.1 innings of work, striking out his fifth Wolverine before leaving.

Ty Peeples
Round: 20
Position: OF
Age: 18
Bats: Left
Throws: Right
School: Franklin County HS (Ga.)
With the last pick in this year's MLB Draft, the Jays selected an 18-year-old outfielder from Georgia. Peeples is a top prep outfielder in this year's class, as he has displayed tons of raw power from the left side. On the defensive side, he plays a corner outfield spot and has displayed solid arm strength.
