We're now almost two weeks into spring training, and new-look Toronto Blue Jays have jumped out to a 6-4 record in spring. While that won't mean anything in the grand scheme of things, it's been great to see so many important Blue Jays have strong starts this spring.
It's also promising to see so many offseason acquisitions play well so far, as as Andrés Giménez, Myles Straw, Jeff Hoffman and Max Scherzer are all making strong first impressions with their new club.
Spring training also brings about a feeling of nostalgia that makes one wonder about how some former Blue Jays are doing in new places. With that in mind, here's a look at how five former Blue Jays are doing in spring training.
All stats are through Monday's games.
How are these five former Blue Jays from 2024 doing so far this spring?
Justin Turner

It was just last year when Turner stood out as one of the Jays’ biggest offseason signings.
How quickly things can change.
Toronto made the move to sign the then-39-year-old World Series champion in the hopes that he could inject some much-needed power and offense into the Blue Jays' lineup. However, after a strong start to the 2024 MLB season, the 16-year veteran strugged for the bulk of his tenure with the Jays. In 91 total games with Toronto, Turner compiled a .256 average, with six home runs and 31 RBI.
He was eventually traded at the deadline to the Seattle Mariners in exchange for promising outfielder prospect RJ Shreck.
Turner moved back to the National League this offseason by securing a one-year deal with the Chicago Cubs and recently turned some heads with his comments about the Mariners.
The two-time All-Star has appeared in five games this spring and has put up just a .231 batting average. Turner has yet to record a home run or RBI and has struck out four times in 13 at-bats. Don't count the 40-year-old just yet, however, as he's just two years removed from his 23-homer, 96-RBI campaign with the Boston Red Sox in 2023.
