Former Toronto Blue Jays slugger Jose Bautista and his longtime girlfriend Neisha Croyle tied the knot during a lavish wedding ceremony in West Palm Beach this past weekend.

Jose Bautista may have some uncertainty surrounding where he will play next season, however he now knows who he will be spending the rest of his life with.  Bautista and Neisha Croyle wed at The Breakers in Palm Beach this past Saturday.

The couple requested no gifts but encouraged guests to donate to the Bautista Family Education Fund if they insisted on a gift for the newlyweds. Mr. and Mrs. Bautista also have three children together.

Marcus Stroman was in attendance at the ceremony and as always was active on social media about the festivities. Devon Travis and Edwin Encarnacion were also present for the nuptials.

More from Toronto Blue Jays News

The 37-year old Bautista spent the past 10-seasons north of the border with Toronto, but as the outfielder hits free agency for the second consecutive season, this time it feels final. It is rumoured that Tampa Bay may be an eventual landing spot for the Bat Flip specialist for next season.

Bautista will be forever enshrined in the memories of millions of Canadian baseball fans for his postseason heroics versus the Texas Rangers in 2015. Regardless of how the remainder of his career unfolds, Toronto will always be the place that Bautista asserted himself as a superior major league talent and will one-day be honoured on the Blue Jays level of excellence.

The slugger will definitely be missed in Toronto for both his work on the field and off it as Bautista was very involved in the community while a member of the Blue Jays.
