Blue Jays: Stroman and Judge have epic exchange on Twitter

Two of baseballs rising stars competed versus one another yesterday as Marcus Stroman and his Toronto Blue Jays lost a close affair to Aaron Judge and his wild-card bound New York Yankees. After the contest, the two took Twitter to show their mutual respect and camaraderie for one another.

Aaron Judge may have got the upper hand yesterday as he launched a 484-foot moonshot off Marcus Stroman in the 4th inning that leads to an epic Twitter conversation between the two young guns.

Stroman sent a tweet to his 417,000 followers that Judge is creating history and that he hits baseballs extremely far LOL. Stroman ended the tweet stating he is looking forward to competing against him for the rest of his career.

Judge responded with much respect informing Stroman that he loves his fire and passion for the game and for him to keep the chip on his shoulder.

Stroman followed up with a second tweet informing Judge the battles will be legendary and wished him luck in the playoffs young king.

The future of the game is bright with talents like these ready to take the torch and run with it. The mutual respect and gamesmanship are second to none and great for the game moving forward.

Stroman reached the 200-inning plateau for the second consecutive season while Judge launched his 52nd round-tripper of the season yesterday as the Yankees reigned victorious in a one-run victory.

The Jays are limping into the final day of the regular season missing the playoffs for the first time in three seasons while the Yankees will host the upstart Minnesota Twins in the wild-card game on Tuesday in the Bronx.
