Going 3-5 over their last eight games has not left a ton of popping box scores. Jason Leblebijian had a 3-home-run week and went 10-for-24 with six runs scored and six RBIs . Dwight Smith Jr. continued his nine-game hitting streak and is currently batting .275 as he continues to find consistency in his at-bats.
Jeremy Gabryszwski had a decent outing this week in two different starts. Each time out he was able to go six innings, allowing just one earned run between both starts as he struck out nine. The rest of the starting pitching staff struggled to keep the opposition off the board.

(Record 27-35)
The D-Jays continue to struggle to put something together and are on a current four-game losing streak. Over the past week they are 2-4 and have been blown out in each of their loses. Ryan McBroom had a solid week at the plate and went 8-for-21 with a pair of runs scored. The pitching had it rough this week. Single A – Lansing Lugnuts
(Record 30-30)
The Lugnuts continue to fall in the standing as they can not seem to get back on track. They currently sit four games out of first and won only two games the past week. Over the 2-4 week they had issues giving up massive amounts of runs. Starter Sean Reid-Foley turned in a lights-out performance Saturday as he pitched seven innings of solid ball. Through the outing he allowed only four hits and a walk while striking out four in the win.
Some Lugnuts hitters have been on fire lately but have not been able to score a ton of runs as they have not been hitting in timely spots of the game. Lane Thomas is currently on a seven-game hitting streak and has also scored in six straight. He has six runs scored in the past week with three home runs and six RBIs. Juan Kelly has also been bring some thunder as he has three homers in the past week with six RBIs.
