It is time for Toronto Blue Jays minor league recap. The system won 4 out of 6 games on June 6th with the D-Jays splitting a double-header. A guy that will see his stock rise had his best game in a Lansing uniform and despite a demotion our CF of the future holds his head high.

Buffalo Bisons (28-28, 4th)

Won 11-6

Randy Wolf had his worse outing as a member of the Buffalo Bisons. He was unable to make it out of the 4th inning as Louisville struck for 5. Up to this point Wolf had pitched 3 scoreless innings. He finished with 7H, 5ER, 2BB, 3K but received a ND thanks to his offence.

Gregory Infante ( W 1-0, 1.38 ERA)pitched a perfect 7th and 8th inning for the win.

Ramon Santiago, Brad Glenn and Caleb Gindl each had 3 hits as the Herd pounded out 17 hits, but no home runs. They did manage to hit 5 doubles.

The Herd jumped out to an early lead scoring a run in the 1st and two in the 2nd and third before the Bats tied it up with the aforementioned 5-run 4th. The Bats would take the lead in the 5th but a Ramon Santiago double to score Jonathan Diaz (2-3 2R 2BB) tied the game up at 6’s.

The would put the game away in the 8th as the offence exploded for 5 runs. Santiago (3-6 2B R 2RBI) singled in a run after Diaz and Chris Dickerson (1-5 2B) walked to leadoff the inning. With runners on 1st and 3rd, Matt Hague (1-3 2BB) walked to load the bases for Luke Scott (1-4 2R 2RBI BB). Scott delivered the big blow with a single to right scoring Dickerson and Santiago to put the Herd up 9-6.

Caleb Gindl (3-5 3RBI) would cap a solid day at the plate and seal the win for Buffalo by scoring Hague and Scott on a single right.
