Brad Mills helps to keep Bisons playoff hopes alive, Brandon Morrow has a successful triple-A debute, The D-Jays loss both end of a double dip, and the C’s pull out a victory despite committing 3 errors.

Buffalo Bisons (76-65)

Brad Mills dominates in 3-0 Bisons win. Matt Hague is a doubles machine, he hit his 23rd and drove in his 74 RBI. Dalton Pompey stole his 5th base since joining the Bisons. Brandon Morrow pitched a perfect 8th inning, only allowing a hit.

The Bisons playoff hopes are still alive.

The D-Jays loss 2-0 in a short 6 and half inning affair. Christian Lopes and Nick Baligod collected the only two hits for the D-Jays, both hits came in the 6th and broke up a no-hitter. Jorge Saez had two throwing errors. Talyor Cole only struck out 4 to fall just shy of the most strike outs in franchise history. Cole finishes the year with 171 strikeouts.

The C’s needed a 2-run 8th inning to pull out the victory, 5-4. The C’s running game worked against them in this one, as they ran into 3 outs. The C’s also didn’t play their best defence with 3 errors.

Ryan McBroom supplied most of the offence for the C’s with his 23rd double and 2-RBI. Richard Urena has been showing the Jays brass that he has some extra base base pop in his bat the past couple days with his first triple.
