Toronto Blue Jays Minor League Recap: Brett Lawrie begins rehad with Dunedin
Brett Lawrie and Cole Gillespie make rehab starts for Dunedin, the Fisher Cats take two out of two, GCL Jays drop two out of two, MAx Pentecost shows us his athleticism, and Ryan McBroom drives in 4 in the C’s loss.
Buffalo Bisons (58-54)
Bisons win 4-2. A 3-run 7th was all the Bisons needed to get past Indy. The inning included a 2-run single off the bat of Adron Chambers and a run scoring double off the bat Kevin Pillar. Ryan Schimpf hit his 8th home run and has 4 in his previous 10 games; unfortunately, Schimpf is still struggling to string enough hits together to raise his average above .200.
