Kevin Pillar steals three bases, NH game is suspended by rain in the 12th, Kevin Patterson goes yard in the D-Jays loss, and Dawel Lugo is clutch in Lugnuts extra inning win.

Buffalo Bisons (54-53)

Bisons win 9-4. The Bisons beat up on Jo-Jo Reyes….remember him? Pillar stole 3 bags, Brad Mills won his first game a Bison and Kyle Drabek continues to lower his ERA as a reliever.

The Fisher Cats were leading 9-7 in 12 innings when the game was suspended by rain, but here is what happen prior to the play being suspended. This was far from a pitching dual as NH collected 20 hits and gave up 14. Every starter got at least one hit, with Cory Aldridge doing the most damage with two home runs and 3 RBI. The Fisher Cats were 0-3 on stolen base attempts.

The Lugnuts won 3-2 in extra innings. With Derrick Loveless at 3rd, Mitch Nay at 2nd, and Matt Dean standing at first, Dawel Lugo came through with a clutch RBI single to right field to cash in Derrick Loveless. The Lugnuts struck out 19 times, with David Harris wearing the collar for his 5 strikeout performance.

Newly promoted Starlyn Suriel made his Lugnuts debute by going 5 inning of one run ball. Francisco Gracesqui provided the Lugnuts with 4.0IP of 2 hit relief and picked up his first win.
