If you’re looking for reasons to be optimistic about the Toronto Blue Jays getting off to a better start in 2014 the Blue Jays schedule makers have not done you any favors.

As it currently stands, the Blue Jays start the season with a 4-game series at Tropicana Field to face the Rays, a field at which they have not won a series since April 2007 and are 16-44 during that span. Oh, and they then follow that up by hosting the Yankees for 3 games.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!?!

If recent history means anything that means the Jays are already going to be in a tiny hole after the first week. Lol

I’m probably just being a drama queen, it is just one week but damn if there were 2 teams I wouldn’t have mind waiting to see in 2014 its the Rays and Yankees.

This is pretty much all I have to say about that, it is next year after all.
