    I’m not 100% sure but I think only open to USA, it is a little sad you are absolutely right. But for those who are interested it is a pretty slick app you can filter to get only news related to the teams you follow and you can select if you want push notifications. Also helps as you don’t have that pesky popup if you are using your mobile browser.
