The Toronto Blue Jays can't afford to lose a series to the Oakland Athletics, but they're in danger of doing exactly that heading into Sunday's rubber match.

But, there's good news. The Athletics are rolling with Luis Medina today, who has been absolutely abysmal this season with a 7.01 ERA. The Jays will start Yusei Kikuchi (3.97 ERA), so they have the clear pitching advantage today.

Let's dive into the odds for the game and then I'll break down my best bet.

Athletics vs. Blue Jays odds, run line, and total

Athletics vs. Blue Jays prediction and pick

This game is an absolute no-brainer. It's Blue Jays or nothing, and I have no doubt they can get the job done against a pitcher of Medina's caliber. He has allowed at least three earned runs in seven of his nine starts this season.

Now, he has to pitch against a Blue Jays offense that ranks 13th in OPS over the last 30 days.

The A's will have to try to find some level of success against Yusei Kikuchi, but their numbers against lefties aren't promising. Over the last 30 days, they're dead last in OPS when facing left-handed pitchers. They're also batting just .173 against lefties, so they could be in for a long day.

I'll back the Jays to win by at least two runs on Sunday afternoon.
