New Hampshire Fisher Cats @ New Britain Rock Cats (Win 5-3)

The Fisher Cats attack got off to an early start as the jumped all over Rock Cat starter Ryan Carpenter in the first inning.  Dalton Pompey showed some patience as he walked to open the game and would eventually come around to score.  With the bases loaded following an error Kevin Nolan hit a sac fly to bring in Pompey.  Ryan Schimpf came in after and roped a double in to the gap that scored 2 more runs.  The Fisher Cats had a 3 run lead going into the 2nd inning.  Murphy Smith started off great but faded in the 4th and 5th innings.  His final line was 5 innings allowing 4 hits, 3 walks, 3 earned runs, with 4 strikeouts.  With some more offense and solid bullpen work the Fisher Cats would run the score up to 5-3.  Dustin Antolin and Wil Browning would pitch 2 innings of scoreless ball each.
