The D-Jays were 8 for 22 with RISP and collected 13 hits (5 two baggers). Nick Baligod and Christian Lopes collected 3 hit a piece. The man of the match would have to be leadoff hitter Nick Baligod with his 4-RBI night and the fact that his has been huge for the D-Jays over the past 10 games (.342/.375/.447).

Vancouver C’s (23-13)

The C’s cruised to an easy 12-2 win. Since his move to Vancouver from Dunedin Jairo Labourt has been a completely different pitcher. He won his 2nd game with a commanding 6.0IP of shutout ball and only allowed 3 hits.

I am no fortune teller but I see a move to Dunedin in Max Pentecost‘s future. Max continues to make short work of pitching in the Northwest League. He collected 3-hits in the game and is hitting .429/.435/.571 in 5 games….5 games doesn’t make a career, but it is still pretty impressive for a guy to have this type of success in his first year of pro ball….just sayin. Oh, Franklin Barreto hit his first dinger and he also continues to terrorize the Northwest.

Roemon Fields– 1/4, R, 3-RBI(12), BB, K
