Jays Journal is Growing; Writers Needed

Are you a die-hard Toronto Blue Jays fan with an educated opinion on the team, its players, and their place in Major League Baseball? If so, Jays Journal is looking for you.

Jays Journal continues to be dedicated to providing the best in written content about the Toronto Blue Jays. Just because the season is nearly done, does not mean that our job is. Baseball never sleeps, and those of us at Jays Journal are going to stay up with it, keeping fans like you informed of the latest happenings in the Blue Jays organization. From prospects to free agency to injury updates, we will have our hands full keeping up with the latest and greatest involving the Toronto Blue Jays.

That’s where you come in.

In order for Jays Journal to cover it all and continue to grow, we are looking for like-minded writers who know all about the Jays and are dedicated to their team all year round. We’re looking for some solid writers to add to our staff that can produce between 6-8 original articles per month, or more if you so desire.

While this is an unpaid position, the Staff Writer position is an excellent opportunity to break in on the ground level of FanSided. Our recent content partnership with Sports Illustrated gives each and every Staff Writer added exposure that many sights cannot offer and the opportunities for growth into an editor position are there for extraordinary and dedicated members of the FanSided community.
