		<description>I really don&#039;t know about the last 3 scores or how they were rated. As for Finances, The Blue Jays&#039; ownership could buy and sell most other teams before breakfast. They also aren&#039;t tied down with huge long term contracts like The Yankees, and have a lot of wiggle room. Management? The Vernon Wells trade, the scouting department, and the player development system alone should rank them near the top. Mobility is supposed to quantify the tradeability of the team. I can&#039;t think of a single player you could class as &quot;untradeable&quot;, and their youth should have put them near the top in this category as well. I just don&#039;t know, sometimes.</description>
