		<description>One comment on the Rays building their bullpen on the cheap. It&#039;s easier to have a good looking bullpen when your starters go deep most games. They probably be less successful when a lot of innings are needed. Just my humble opinion ... either way, great article and I do agree that you do not need to spend a fortune on the bullpen. With all the prospects in the Jays system, some of them will be relievers, so we don&#039;t want to commit long term to expensive relief pitchers.
