Jays Jots: Baseball in Ottawa, Jason Frasor, Wei-Ying Chen

MLBTR released the official Elias free agent rankings, and while Jon Rauch, Frank Francisco, Shawn Camp, and Jose Molina all ranked as Type-Bs as planned, Kelly Johnson slipped in and ranked as a Type-A.
