When toronto had its best bullpen years, Ward and Henke were brought up from the system. Toronto has never seemed to benefit from FA bullpen acquisitions (remember Bill Caudill and Gary Lavelle? Yuck! BJ Ryan? Gregg? too many blowups, too many years signed for too much money).</description>
