I would like to see your insight on who is going to be dropped to make it a 7-man bullpen (now that Farrell has stated that he'll soon do so). I looked at the whole 'pen and almost all the stats show that Dotel should be the one. He is worst in ERA, WHIP, BB/K ratio, BB/9. All other pitchers are pulling their weight. Rzep can't be sent down as they need a lefty (especially after losing Purcey). Janssen currently has the best stats in the 'pen so he should be safe. Villenueva has obviously impressed everyone. Camp and Frasor are also doing their part. All points to Dotel being the odd man out... What do you guys think??? Always a great job on the insightful articles!
