When you look at him compared to JoJo, Purcey and Carlson, he clearly is not at the same level in terms of command and stuff. I'd get Mills into the pen and he could become Scott Downs. As for Smith - at 22 he still has a couple of years to show us who he'll become. At worse the guy could be a useful lefty pen guy.
