Hard to believe the Spankies getting rejected by so many of those they've sought. However, should hell freeze over - what a jolly lovely feeling that will be - 'specially if their 67 year old Lefty retires for real after three of years of pretend-retirements. I'll be so upset seeing Hal Stienbrenner actually having to pitch for the Yanks. Until hell actually freezes over – I say Cliff falls for the Yankees.
