@Mylegacy: Thanks again for the support. It should be very interesting to see Lawrie in his future with the Jays, as top prospects are not usually available on the trade market, let alone in a 1-for-1 swap. I feel the weak free agent pitching market, combined with the Brewers desperate need for quality starting pitching, really helped AA get this deal done.

@Theo_Adorno Thank you for the positive feedback, as Mat and I are doing our best to bring you, the readers, original and thorough content as often as we can.

We'll be continuing the recent trend of at least 2 to 4 articles daily, so make sure to check back throughout the day to see what's happening.

This is by far and away the best Blue Jays site out there. I discovered you guys the night of the Marcum trade and have been closely following your excellent coverage of the Winter Meetings. I am hopeful that more fans will be visiting and commenting on the articles very soon

Jared - excellent post - this site is fast becoming one of my three favorites - Batters Box, Bluebird Banter and here. Keep up the great work!

I too am excited by this move - AA is correct - to keep doing the same thing we've been doing and expecting different results is a sign of insanity. AA thinks outside the box - in some cases he is creating his own boxes!

Brett Lawrie is a 6' 213 pound, defensively challenged, Canadian Maple Masher deluxe. Yummy!
