		<description>Funny that you should mention Davis on the same day that Coco Crisp has his option picked up. Davis is eligible for his 2nd year of arbitration, so he&#039;ll get a small raise, but he would definitely fit in well at the top of the lineup.

Having said that, my favorite for the lead off spot so far in 2011 is Darin Mastroianni who is an OBP and speed machine and has plenty of seasoning with 1.5 years in AA. He&#039;s also tearing up the Venezuelan winter league with a .406 average and .451 OBP over 64 AB. In my books, he&#039;s 25 and deserves a shot before we look elsewhere.</description>
