D Mah: it is funny that when you mention a Mets affiliate being so strong it takes people by surprise, but you're entirely right. They've been great and Kyle shut them down, so it makes his performance stand out. I always like to see how many starts like this pitchers can get together before I get too excited, but with Brett and Travis doing so well already, getting Kyle going right is even more exciting than it otherwise could be.

Jesse: I guess it is! I don't remember many runs like this from last season and it seems like this year's squad is going to be very competitive. It'll only get better once the draft is completed. Sean will surely like getting the playing time now that AJ Jimenez is doing so well behind and at the plate. Hopefully he can make a statement, I'm a huge fan of his as a possible future 3B.

Hitting is contagious with Lansing right now -- best offense in the Midwest League, and that's with the sizzling hot Mark Sobolewski and Brad Glenn on the shelf for a couple of days (nothing too serious). Watch out for Sean Ochinko and maybe even Balbino Fuenmayor this coming week.

Mat:

The great thing about Drabek's performance was that Binghamton is by far the top hitting team in the Eastern League thus far.

Here is a link to a photo that you might want to have as stock for fun to run when you want:
